By accessing or using the Between mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Between shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
